Current posted add-ons
- Witness Fee Advancing: witness fee plus 10%, with a $5.00 minimum
- Notarized Affidavit of Service: $5.00
- Ink Signed Affirmation of Service: $5.00
- Stakeouts / Surveillance: $65.00 per hour, one-hour minimum
When add-ons are useful
- A witness fee must be advanced
- A court or client wants a special proof format
- The recipient is likely difficult to reach through standard attempts
Best practice
If you expect an add-on may be needed, mention it during intake rather than waiting until the file is already in motion.
