Turnaround is measured from receipt of the order, subject to the service level selected and the published scheduling rules on the pricing page.
Turnaround windows
- Standard Service: first attempt within 4 days after receipt and completion of attempts within 7 to 10 days after receipt.
- Expedited Service: first attempt within 2 days after receipt and completion of attempts within 5 days after receipt.
- Rush Service: first attempt the same day of receipt if received by the cutoff, with completion of attempts within 2 days after receipt.
Important rules
- Day calculations exclude Sunday.
- Jobs received after 2:00 PM are treated as received on the next business day for scheduling purposes.
- Published timeframes are guidelines and can be affected by factors outside the company’s control, including weather.
Posting service
Posting service is handled differently. Posting jobs are completed within 4 days.
