Yes, we can attempt to serve individuals at their place of employment, as long as doing so complies with applicable laws and court rules. However, we cannot guarantee successful service at a workplace.

Many employers do not allow personal service on their premises. If we are denied access or instructed not to serve the individual at their job site, we may be unable to complete service at that location. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and discuss alternative options. No refunds are provided for unsuccessful service attempts.

To increase the chances of success, we recommend providing:

  • Confirmation that the individual currently works there

  • Details such as department, shift schedule, or job title

  • Any known employer policies regarding visitors or legal deliveries

Our process servers always act with professionalism and discretion. If workplace service is not possible, we can attempt service at an alternate address or explore other legal methods of service.
